The connected car made the buzz, once again, in Geneva.
We have seen Apple, coming into cars with CarPlay. It's a smarter way to use your iPhone on four wheels. You juste have to plug the smartphone to get all the informations on the built-in display. Thanks to CarPlay, you can get directions (from Maps), make calls, send and receive messages and listen to music.
Volvo, Mercedes, Ferrari and PSA Peugeot Citroën have shown applications in their cars in Geneva.

On the other hand, we have seen also MirrorLink.
It's another solution, offering seamless connectivity between a smartphone and the car infotainment system. Drivers just connect the phone with a cable and immediately gain access to phone applications via the car’s navigation screen and dashboard/steering-wheel buttons.

The battle has just started between iOS and Android for the integration of smartphones in the car.
